Open to all levels, Gentle Yin "Blyss" Yoga is designed to enhance relaxation, calm the mind, and bring a deeper awareness to the body. A slow pace is encouraged and postures are held longer to allow you to sink in, promoting relaxation, flexibility, and peace. Modifications are provided so the practice is comfortable, calming, and nurtures your bliss.

Zoom Live classes are 45-minute or 55-minute sessions in the privacy of your own home.
Currently, we offer Circuit, Flow, Gentle Stretch, Meditation, and Core with the Foam Roller. Monthly or yearly memberships are available. When attending the classes, you will need a water bottle, towel, blanket, mat and chair.
