FLOW & MEDITATION - in person or virtual

FLOW includes focus on breath while performing variations of sun salutation and poses which prepare the body for meditation. While you focus on your posture, you build strength, flexibility and focus. This class ends with guided meditation while in a comfortable position. You will learn techniques to help you achieve peace of mind, relieve stress, bring clarity, and take a break from the “busy mind”. Please have blanket, blocks and belt available.

HOW TO JOIN A LIVE CLASS:

  1. DOWNLOAD Zoom and create a free login

  3. Enter member password

    • Password will be texted to you 30 minutes before workout

    • Member password changes monthly

Zoom Live classes are 45-minute or 55-minute sessions in the privacy of your own home.

Currently, we offer Circuit, Flow, Gentle Stretch, Meditation, and Core with the Foam Roller. Monthly or yearly memberships are available. When attending the classes, you will need a water bottle, towel, blanket, mat and chair.
