GENTLE YOGA virtual

Gentle Yoga is less physically demanding than other classes, which is great for beginners and anyone recuperating from an injury. Learn basic stretches and poses to increase strength and flexibility. Learn how to quiet the mind, calm the body, and increase awareness using your senses. Props needed are a mat, blocks, blanket, and a chair may be used.

HOW TO JOIN A LIVE CLASS:

  1. DOWNLOAD Zoom and create a free login

  2. Click HERE to join Zoom class and use YES Zoom ID: 5774173877

  3. Enter member password

    • Password will be texted to you 30 minutes before workout

    • Member password changes monthly

Zoom Live classes are 45-minute or 55-minute sessions in the privacy of your own home.

Currently, we offer Hatha Yoga, Gentle Yoga and Meditation Yin Yoga with the Foam Roller. Monthly or yearly memberships are available. When attending the classes, you will need a water bottle, towel, blanket, mat, blocks, belt and chair.
