YIN YOGA with foam roller - in person or virtual

Yin Yoga with the Foam Roller is a self-myofascial release focusing on controlling the body as you slowly come into target areas that may be slightly uncomfortable. Holding postures for at least 1.5 to 5 minutes. This practice helps the lymphatic system, relieves muscle tightness, soreness, inflammation and improves range of motion. Props needed are a mat, 36” high density foam roller, blanket, blocks and belt.

HOW TO JOIN A LIVE CLASS:

  3. Enter member password

    • Password will be texted to you 30 minutes before workout

    • Member password changes monthly

Zoom Live classes are 45-minute or 55-minute sessions in the privacy of your own home.

Currently, we offer Hatha Yoga, Gentle Yoga and Meditation Yin Yoga with the Foam Roller. Monthly or yearly memberships are available. When attending the classes, you will need a water bottle, towel, blanket, mat, blocks, belt and chair.
