VIRTUAL/IN PERSON MEDITATION for beginners

Meditation for beginners will include a guided meditation for 10-20 minutes seated in a chair or on the floor. Meditation is the relaxation of the mind and body. You will learn techniques to use during meditation. It’s recommended your video stays on during class but not required. Please have blanket or chair available.

HOW TO JOIN A LIVE CLASS:

  1. DOWNLOAD Zoom and create a free login

  2. Click HERE to join Zoom class and use YES Zoom ID: 5774173877

  3. Enter member password

    • Password will be texted to you 30 minutes before workout

    • Member password changes monthly

Zoom Live classes are 45-minute or 55-minute sessions in the privacy of your own home.

Currently, we offer Hatha Yoga, Gentle Yoga and Meditation, Yin Yoga with the Foam Roller. Monthly or yearly memberships are available. When attending the classes, you will need a water bottle, towel, blanket, mat, blocks, belt and chair.
