YOGA with foam roller - in person or virtual

Yoga with the foam roller is a self-myofascial release to help the lymphatic system, relieve muscle tightness, soreness, inflammation and improve range of motion. The yoga postures may be slightly uncomfortable while holding for about 1.5 to 5 minutes to get results. Feel free to modify any positions. Props needed are a mat, 36” high density foam roller, blanket, blocks and belt.

HOW TO JOIN A LIVE CLASS:

    • Password will be texted to you 30 minutes before workout

    • Member password changes monthly

Zoom Live classes are 45-minute or 55-minute sessions in the privacy of your own home.

Currently, we offer Hatha Yoga, Gentle Yoga and Meditation Yin Yoga with the Foam Roller. Monthly or yearly memberships are available. When attending the classes, you will need a water bottle, towel, blanket, mat, blocks, belt and chair.
