Hatha Yoga is a practice of postures and breathing exercises which helps bring peace to the mind and body, preparing the body for meditation. You will flow between postures using your breath while focusing on alignment. This class will help to enhance your strength, flexibility and balance. It can also improve your posture, increase blood flow, and decrease stress. This class is for all levels, with modifications for beginners. Props needed are a mat, blocks, belt and blanket.
