Group Training (MAX 3 people, due to social distancing)

You will meet in person with small group of up to 5 people. You can create your own group or meet with current group. Currently, our group training is circuit style exercise, switching from one exercise to another and repeating the sequence one or two times. Group training promotes accountability, consistency and camaraderie between the members. You will need to bring water bottle, towel, resistance bands, weights and a mat.
