CIRCUIT (in person is full) virtual only

Circuit training class includes warm up, strength training, cool down and stretches. This class will increase overall body strength, flexibility and cardiovascular health. Props needed are weights (3, 5 or 8 pounds), elastic band (with handles and without), appropriate shoes, towel, mat and water.

HOW TO JOIN A LIVE CLASS:

  1. DOWNLOAD Zoom and create a free login

  3. Enter member password

    • Password will be texted to you 30 minutes before workout

    • Member password changes monthly

Zoom Live classes are 45-minute or 55-minute sessions in the privacy of your own home.

Currently, we offer Hatha Yoga, Gentle Yoga and Meditation Yin Yoga with the Foam Roller. Monthly or yearly memberships are available. When attending the classes, you will need a water bottle, towel, blanket, mat, blocks, belt and chair.
