FLOW includes focus on breath while performing variations of sun salutation and poses which prepare the body for meditation. While you focus on your posture, you build strength, flexibility and focus. This class ends with guided meditation while in a comfortable position. You will learn techniques to help you achieve peace of mind, relieve stress, bring clarity, and take a break from the “busy mind”. Please have blanket or chair available and blocks or bolster.

Zoom Live classes are 45-minute or 55-minute sessions in the privacy of your own home.
Currently, we offer Yoga Flow, Gentle Yoga and Meditation, Yoga with the Foam Roller. Monthly or yearly memberships are available. When attending the classes, you will need a water bottle, towel, blanket, mat, blocks, belt and chair.
