HATHA YOGA & MEDITATION - in person or virtual

Hatha Yoga includes focus on breath while performing variations of sun salutation and poses which prepare the body for meditation. While you focus on your posture, you build strength, flexibility and focus. This class ends in 20-30 minute guided meditation while comfortably seated in a chair or on the floor. You will learn techniques to help you achieve peace of mind, relieve stress, bring clarity, and take a break from the “busy mind”. Please have blanket or chair available.

HOW TO JOIN A LIVE CLASS:

  1. DOWNLOAD Zoom and create a free login

  2. Click HERE to join Zoom class and use YES Zoom ID: 5774173877

  3. Enter member password

    • Password will be texted to you 30 minutes before workout

    • Member password changes monthly

Zoom Live classes are 45-minute or 55-minute sessions in the privacy of your own home.

Currently, we offer Hatha Yoga, Gentle Yoga and Meditation Yin Yoga with the Foam Roller. Monthly or yearly memberships are available. When attending the classes, you will need a water bottle, towel, blanket, mat, blocks, belt and chair.
