Time to Stretch
On Saturday, December 9th at The Level Up gym, we were invited to teach gentle stretch. The event was a free and open to the public. The best time to stretch is after your muscles are warmed up or have experienced movement. We learned how important it is to hold stretches for more than 30 seconds and talked about using foam roller to help relieve tightness and tension.
What a great time to meet new people and to share tips on how to stretch after a workout. We had a lot of fun!
