BALANCE YOUR LIFE

There are several areas to focus on to help balance your life with your work or family.

1.Mindset - rethink your perception and your attitude on your surroundings. Tip: change your surroundings by being in nature or brain dump all your thoughts on paper.

2.Exercise and Nutrition - when you have a healthy focus, give your body what it needs to improve your overall health. Tip: eliminate junk food, increase fruits and vegetables, and walking everyday.

3.Positivity and Optimism - your focus or outlook on life can have an affect on your health and your longevity. Tip: focus on affirmations, have an attitude of gratitude, volunteer, and cultivate relationships.

4.Mindfulness and Meditation - we are experts of noise and distractions in our life. However, mindfulness is taking a break from the noise. Take time away from worldly possessions such as the phone or tv. Tip: take about 5-10 minutes in the morning and evening. Start with three deep breaths to quiet the busy mind and just be and let go of what you no longer need in this moment.
